What's the risk of picking the wrong platform?
It can be an expensive one. Some platforms on the market are already heading towards end-of-life, meaning a school that signs up now could find the product is discontinued within a couple of years. Others have hidden terms, tie-in periods or limitations that only become clear after the contract is signed. We check for all of this before any recommendation is made.
Can the new system integrate with our MIS?

Yes – and it should. The right cloud-based phone system can integrate with your management information system to handle absence reporting, parent communications and safeguarding in ways that save your admin team a significant amount of time. We factor this into the design from the start.

Do we need to replace our phone system even if it still works?

If it’s running on ISDN or analogue lines, yes – those lines will eventually be switched off regardless of whether the handsets themselves still function. It’s better to plan the move on your own terms than be forced into it at short notice.

Can you help us get out of an existing contract early?
