How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the service you require and whether you are a primary school, secondary school, special school, or Multi Academy Trust. The good news is that most of the services are designed to save you more money than the cost of the service.
Do you work with private schools as well as state schools?

Yes, we work with all schools.

What if we're already locked into contracts?
It depends on the service that you are looking for.
For schools looking for an audit, it is often best to have these conducted while you are in contract. The findings and recommendations can then be implemented when existing contracts end.
How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the type of project. Audits for single schools are usually completed within one day. Procurement projects vary greatly from a couple of weeks to several months, depending on the product or service that is being procured and procurement regulations.

What makes you different from IT companies or telecoms providers?

Unlike most IT and telecoms companies, we sell no products. We are independent consultants who work on behalf of your school or MAT to ensure that you are making the best choices and maximising your investment in Technology.

Do you provide ongoing IT support?
As independent consultants, we do not provide the same support that you would receive from an IT manager or an IT managed service provider. We are, however, able to provide procurement support services if you are looking to find a new IT support provider. We can also provide advice through our consultancy services.
Are you qualified to advise on DfE Digital Technology Standards?
Yes, a major part of our business is conducting technology audits for schools. Our audits benchmark against the DfE Digital Technology Standards and provide guidance on how and when different standards must be met.
Will I be passed around different people?
No. The consultant who starts the project will work with you through to project completion.
